  • 1/2 kgGavar
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1Green chilli
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1Fresh coconut
  • 2 mlcoconut oil
  • 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  • pinchAsafoetida

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat oil and add jeera Hing.

  2. 2

    Add gavar to this. Add salt ginger garlic paste.

  3. 3

    Green chilli and some water.When gavar is cooked add fresh grated coconut for garnishing.

  4. 4

    You are ready to savour this with rice or dosa or roti
