Steps

After peeling the potatoes cut them into desirable pieces

In a separate bowl pour gram flour and mix well with water to make thick paste

Add garlic,ginger,salt and Dania to the paste and mix well

Add paprika and black proper and continue mixing
- 5
Deep the chopped potatoes in the paste
- 6
Heat the oil in the frying pan then remove the potatoes from the paste and deep fry till brown
- 7
You can serve the fried baghias with salad
