Boil the tadhka dal with salt

Take a kadhai fry all the capcicum,onion,garlic,ginger,chopped green chilli, dried chilli,bay leaf, ajwain and saute it until onin becomes brown

Then add chopped tomatoes in it

Add a little water

Add chilli,powder pepper, amchur

Then pour the boiled dal without straining the water in the fried vegetable

Let it simmer for min.

Take another kadhai and heat the dried methi leaves

Pour out the methi in the tadhka

Garnish it with coriander leaves

Your veg tadhka is ready for dinner
