Wash rice & dal for 3times till water gets transparent

Add methi seeds, flattened rice, cooked rice & water soak for 6hrs

Now grind it to fine batter

Rest for 6hrs

Now add salt, sugar, & soda

Mix well

Now a take a tava add batter give a dosa shape & add 1tbsp oil around

Once cooked flip it

Serve hot with sabji, chutney, sambar.
