Paneer Biryani

Half boiled the basmati rice. With adding bayleaf and dry garammasala.

Heat a pan add chopped onion, stir till it's become goldenbrown, add ginger garlic paste stir it till the arroma is outgoing. Add all drymasala stir.

Add curd and tomato puree mix well.

Add paneer, and half cup water.

Now arrange the biriyani. Rice, friedonion, mintleaves, saffronmilk, ghee and prepared paneer and back it 5mints.

Paneer biriyani is ready serve with raita.
