Steps
- 1
Divide your olive oil in half and rub the first half onto this perfect cut of meat. Next take half of your salt, pepper and garlic powder (I call this my Cattlemans rub)and do the same with this to the side with the olive oil on it. Repeat this method on the other side.
- 2
Over medium heat on your bbq. Around 400 degrees. Place your seasoned steak on the grill. For perfect grill marks, pick one point of your steak and place this at the 10 o' clock position. Close the lid and grill it there for 2 1/2 minutes. Once this time is reached open the lid and place your steak at the 2 o'clock position for another 2 1/2 minutes. A total of 5 minutes. Flip your steak and repeat this method. Your steak should only be on for 10 minutes in total. This is a medium raw time.
- 3
Remove your steak from the grill and I like to let it sit for 5 minutes before serving. Now thats the perfect seasoned t-bone steak.
