2 tbsoil
2baby marrow chopped
1hand of frozen mix veggies
1/2 tsprajah curry powder
Few seeds of Coriander
1 tspsteak and chops spice
Pinchpork seasoning spice
Pinchblack pepper
to tasteSalt

Fry onion and rajah. Add beef mince stir

Add all spices keep on frying then add chopped baby marrow,frozen veggies and salt

Add pinch continue to fry for 3 minutes then it's ready
