Steps

First take a vok switch on flame fry vari nooka till it's little brown

Keep it aside now add oil to the vok add all the seeds once splutter add dals and curry leaves and chillies sfry welll

Tip to enhance taste add few cashews and groundnuts fry both before add

Then add onions and mix well and cook till onions becomes translucent

Then add vari nookq and salt and mix till all cooks well then add freshly grated coconut half cup.

Add water and keep the flame in sim and cook for 15minutes

Lastly add ghee and ready to serve with any pickle best with imly or gineger pickle
