Ingredients

  • 3 cupdry Abacha
  • 2 tablespoonpalm oil
  • 1 tablespoonground crayfish
  • 2knorr cube
  • Utazi leaf (sliced)
  • 4scotch bonnet (sliced)
  • 1/2onion bulb (chopped)
  • 1/2 cupugba
  • Fried ice fish

  1. 1

    Soak abacha in warm water for 10min until soft.

  2. 2

    When its soft strain out water with a basket from the abacha.

  3. 3

    Place pan on heat,add palm oil,onions and pepper.Stir for 2 min.

  4. 4

    Then add abacha,utazi leaf stir.Add knorr,crayfish,salt and stir for 2min.

  5. 5

    Then pour the ugba on the top of abacha.

  6. 6

    Serve abacha with ice fish.
