Ingredients

3servings
  • 1 cuprice
  • 500 gmeat
  • 3onions diced
  • Paprika
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Tumeric
  • Pilau masala
  • Coriander
  • to tasteSalt
  • 250 gvegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Let your meat brown and cook in its juices in a hot sufuria

  2. 2

    In the meantime prepare your onions and garlic

  3. 3

    Remove the meat from the pan once browned.add in your onions and garlic let them cook till they turn brown ensure they do not burn

  4. 4

    Add in your spices and let them cook for a few minutes before adding your meat let it cook for 10minutes

  5. 5

    Add water and bring it to a boil

  6. 6

    Add in your rice cover and let it cook on a low heat till all the water dries up

  7. 7

    Serve with guacamole or kachumbari
