Ingredients

  • For litti dough
  • 1/2 kgwheat
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchBaking soda
  • 4 spoonsGhee
  • For filling
  • 1 cupRoasted chana flour
  • 2Chopped onion
  • 1 big garlic chopped
  • 1 inchGinger small finely chopped
  • 3finely chopped chilli
  • 1/2 spoonRoasted jeera
  • 1/2 spoonPepper powder
  • as neededPickle crushed for mixing
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 spoonsMangrella and ajwain
  • 2brinjal
  • 3 tomatoes
  • For bharta
  • 1/2 kgmutton
  • 4Boil and mash potato
  • 1/2 tspjeera
  • 2cloves
  • 2 cardamom
  • 2bay leaves
  • 2 tbspginger garlic
  • 4 spoonsoil
  • 2 spoonghee
  • For mutton
  • 4 big onion chop

Steps

  1. 1

    For dough with wheat flour mixing all the ingredients. Dough should be tight. For filling mix all the ingredients and for small balls of dough a make small dig into the ball and fill it cook it in tandoor.

  2. 2

    Take a pan add mustard oil to it. Put some garlic to it and pour all mashed bharta ingredients add salt pepper and cut chilli add and mix.

  3. 3

    Take 4 big onion chop it take oil in pan 4 spoons add 2 spoon ghee add zeera 2 cloves cardamom bay leaves some ginger garlic add mutton and let it cook in low flame. cook and serve hot
