For dough with wheat flour mixing all the ingredients. Dough should be tight. For filling mix all the ingredients and for small balls of dough a make small dig into the ball and fill it cook it in tandoor.

Take a pan add mustard oil to it. Put some garlic to it and pour all mashed bharta ingredients add salt pepper and cut chilli add and mix.

Take 4 big onion chop it take oil in pan 4 spoons add 2 spoon ghee add zeera 2 cloves cardamom bay leaves some ginger garlic add mutton and let it cook in low flame. cook and serve hot
