#protein
Dhanshak is a Parsi traditional dish cooked with meat. Given the nutritional content of the recipe, ie. the mix of lentils/daals, a rich sauce of protein and vegetables, rich in vitamins, folic acids, minerals and of course Low in cholesterol, this can be easily made with a vegetarian variation.

    For the masala/tempering:

  10. 10

Melt ghee/ butter in a wok and add the remaining onions and sauté till they are slightly brown
