Mix suji, besan, curd, salt and turmeric powder together. add water to make a batter(ribbon consistency- when you pour it should fall like a ribbon)

Get the steamer ready. if you are using a big pot fill 1/4 of it with water and let it boil on high flame, cover properly for steam.

Grease the cupcake moulds with oil. add eno to the batter and mix well. then quickly pour into the moulds using a spoon. steam the dhoklas for 5mins on high flame.

Let it cool completely. use a knife to clean the edges and gently take out the dhoklas from the moulds.

Tadka: heat 2tsp oil in a tadka pan. add mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chillies. pour the tadka on the cupdhoklas. garnish chopped coriander and serve with any chutney or sauce you like.
