Bake it in the pan with water, salt,tamarind paste and turmeric powder for 7-8 minutes. Then filter it.

In another pan add coconut oil and allow to boil. Add mustard and urad dal and add the filtered vendaikkai. Add coconut and fry for 5 minutes.

Vendaikkai curry is ready to taste.
