Bitterleaf soup
I have packed it for the week.easiest way for me.
Steps

Fry the egusi with bleached red oil.

Soak the dry fish with warm water and salt then rinse very well.

Boil the meat and stockfish with salt,Onion,knorr cubes.
- 4
Pour in the meat and stockfish,Pour in more water.boil it for 15minutes.
- 5
Pour in crayfish,Fresh pepper and knorr cubes.boil for another 10mins then put salt and lastly bitterleaf
- 6
After 5minutes the soup is ready to go down.
