Egusi and dry bitterleaf soup
I present my dinner.
Steps

I cooked the chicken first well cooked to be soft.soak the bitterleaf with hot water to soften it.

Bleached red oil and fry the egusi and be stirring.mix with water and cook it for a while.put crayfish and fresh pepper.
- 3
Keep boiling and put salt,Stock cubes then the chicken and turn evenly.
- 4
Drain the water from the bitterleaf and cut then put to the stir.
- 5
Boil more till the bitterleaf is soft.
