Ingredients

  • 100 gramsbean Sprouts, tailed
  • 100 gramsstring beans, cut into 2cm lengths
  • 1cucumber cut into slices
  • Coconut grated
  • Spices (ground)
  • 3shallots
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1 teaspooncoriander, roasted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonchopped lesser galangel
  • 3kaffir lime leaves
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 2 teaspoonbrown sugar
  • 3red chilies

Steps

  1. 1

    Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water for 1 minute, than drain. Boil the string beans until tender, then drain them.

  2. 2

    Mix the vegetables with spiced grated coconut and serve.
