1/4 cupchopped mix vegetable
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil and ghee
1/2 tspgaram masala powder

Heat oil and ghee

Add the chopped vegetables

Saute well adding salt and cover till it become soft

Add the rice and mix well adding sugar

Sprinkle garam masala powder and ghee

Serve it with any side dish.
