Ingredients

  • 250 gmPaneer : cut into cubes
  • For batter :
  • 100 gmBesan
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspDegi mirch
  • pinchHaldi
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • as neededHara chutney

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients given in batter. Cut paneer from inside and fill with chutney. Dip paneer slices in batter and deep fry in hot oil.

    Serve hot with chutney.
