For batter :
100 gmBesan
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspDegi mirch
pinchHaldi
1/2 tspGaram masala
as neededHara chutney

Steps

Mix all the ingredients given in batter. Cut paneer from inside and fill with chutney. Dip paneer slices in batter and deep fry in hot oil.

Serve hot with chutney.
