Steps

First we prepare rava halwa....

Take a pan heat ghee and roast rava.. without color changing.

Then add beetroot juice

And add milk

Cook continues stiring..without any lumbs..

Then add sugar and cardamom and cook until halwa removed pan. and keep aside for cooldown.

Meanwhile we make filling...roast dry fruits and chopped.

First we roast fresh coconut with ghee for 2minuts.

Then add jeggary, cardmon and chopped dry fruits. mix well and cool down.

Then now we make modaks...with the help of mould or your without mould. I make make without mould with the help of your hand.

First take a small portion of rava halwa and flatten. then add fill closed it like kachodi with the help of greasing ghee.. the make a modak like structure. and mark a line with the help of knife... for perfect modak like structure...🙏🙏🙏
