Blend your fresh tomatoes, onions and pepper together, set aside then pile your sweet potatoes and cut not to big not small

Place your pot on fire and add water,pour the pepper,seasonings,palm oil and cover allow it to boil for like 10 to 15mins,then pour the boiled meat and fish and cover for few mins

After that you pour the sweet potatoes and allow to cook for like 20mins or more then pour the sliced ugwu leaf and turn to mix the ugwu together on a low heat and leave for another 5mins,then your food is ready and serve ur sweet potatoes porridge
