Cut the cow foot into chunks. Wash and spicy the cow foot with seasoning cubes, onion and cook with pressure cooker

Put the powered potash into a small bowl and add a little water, stir well and pass through a fine sieve and set the liquid aside

When the meat is done add salt stir and cook till all the water is dried up

Add the well done cow foot to the palm oil paste and stir well with the spatula

Put back on cooker and heat, stir continuously so it doesn’t burn till its steamy hot

Cut onion into rings and slice utazi tiny to garnish

Serve with cold drink 🍷,
