Ingredients

  1. 1whole tilapia
  2. Cauliflower
  3. Asparagus
  4. Pea eggplants
  5. Thai eggplants
  6. Dill
  7. Spicy chili sauce
  8. 10bird's eye chilies
  9. 10Thai chilies
  10. 2large red chilies
  11. 10 clovesgarlic
  12. 10shallots
  13. 10cherry tomatoes
  14. 1ripe olive
  15. 1/2 tspsalt
  16. 1 tsppalm sugar
  17. 2 tbspfish sauce
  18. 2 tbspcooked fermented fish sauce
  19. 2wedges lime

Cooking Instructions

    Clean the fish and make shallow cuts on both sides. Rub a little salt all over the fish and place it in a steamer with the vegetables. Steam for about 20 minutes.

    In a pan, roast the chilies, garlic, and shallots with a little water until the water evaporates. Add the tomatoes and roast for a while longer (grilling is also an option). Pound everything to your desired consistency, then add the olive and season to taste.

    Serve on a plate. This dish goes well with steamed rice or sticky rice.
