2big Boiled and smashed potatoes
1 cupgram flour
2 cupBreadcrumbs
To tastesalt
tspGinger garlic paste-1
1 tspred chilli flakes
1 tspblack pepper powder
as needed oil
2 tbspflour
1 tbsprice powder

Mix potato,gram flour,salt,chilli flakes,1/2 cup breadcrumbs,ginger garlic paste,black pepper powder. Give nugget shape.

Make semi- thick batter with rice powder, flour,1/2 tsp salt and water.

Deep nuggets into batter and roll on breadcrumbs and deep fry into oil.
