Cut the fish to desirable size and season boil adding onion,salt,stock cubes.boil for 5 minutes.bleach palmoil and fry in it.

Parboil the beans till is soft then boil adding ginger,garlic,onion and salt.after 10mins add crayfish,pepper,palmoil and stock cubes.stir and simmer small and the beans is good.
