Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlbasmati rice washed well & drain
  2. 1 1/2 bowl water
  3. 4onions
  4. 3cardamon seeds
  5. 4cloves
  6. 1cinnamon stick
  7. 2bay leaves
  8. 50 gmspaneer cubes ,fried
  9. 1/6 cupcapsicum slissed
  10. 1/6 cupcarrot chopped
  11. 1/6 cupbeans
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 6 tspghee
  14. 12cashew fried
  15. to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    First, put the pan on flame add ghee, bay leaves, onion, all whole spices, salt saute for a few min.

    When onions become a little brown add washed rice saute for a few min keep, aside.

  3. 3

    Quick open the vessels now place the pulao on the serving plate arrange the fried paneer on the pulav.

    Serve with salad

    Now, put cooker put on flame add water to boil it add fried rice or veg cook for one whistle.
