Ingredients

2fish pieces
1onion paste
2 tbsptomato sauce
1 tspginger garlic paste
1 tspturmeric powder
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tspcoriander powder
2 tbspcurd
1/2 tspgaram masala powder
2 tspcumin seeds
1bay leaf
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and fry the fish

Now remove it and add cumin seeds and bay leaf
3

Add onion,ginger garlic paste salt and turmeric powder
4

Saute for 10 minutes

Add tomato sauce and red chilli powder mix well
6

Add coriander powder and mix
7

Now add the fish and simmer
8

Add garam masala powder and sugar & it is ready to serve.
