Sea food Egusi Soup
Steps

Wash and put all the sea foods in a pot. Add salt, Fresh pepper, onions, ginger, garlic, cubes. Allow to steam.

Add the red oil in a pot, place on heat. Add the egusi and fry very well. Add the crayfish Pour the steamed sea foods and Kpomo into the pot. Check for salt and taste. Add the washed and sliced pumpkin leaf. Stir together and remove

Serve with any swallow of your choice.
