Soak bread slices in water and squeeze them tightly. Now mix boiled potatoes, squeezed bread and salt and make a smooth dough by adding little amt. of refined oil.

Take a wok, add refined oil, then heeng, crackle jeera, then coriander powder, mirch powder, boiled peas, salt, amchur powder, garam masala, coriander leaves. Cook it for 4-5 mins. Let it cool. Then fill the peas stuffing in potato dough. Give them desired shape. Deep fry them till golden brown. Serve it hot with chutney and ketchup.
