Steps

Wash and Soak stockfish in warm water overnight.

Season and Boil stockfish till cooked, add wash and deboned smoked fish, pepper, oil and crayfish. Bring to boil

Peel, wash and cut yam into cubes, pour into the boiling mix. Cover and let it boil till it's done. Adjust taste.

Pour in your onions and ugu. Stir and bring down from fire.

Serve
