Ingredients

  • 11/2 cupsall purpose floor (maida)
  • 11/2 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cup refined oil
  • 1 tea spoonbaking soda
  • 1 tea spoonvanilla essence
  • 2 table spoonchocolate powder
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 3eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all apply butter on a aluminum utensil in which cake is to be baked. Now dusting should be done on it with chocolate powder, and finally put a butter paper on it's bottom.

    Put a cooker on medium flam, put a stand in it on which aluminum utensil with cake better will be placed. Now take out it's vessel. This process is done for the preheating of cooker.

    Now take a bowl add milk and sugar to it mix them properly. Now add eggs mix them to until it become even, now put it in a mixer jar pour floor, and oil and whisk them it you have a whisk option in your mixer, if not then grind them on medium speed.

    Add oil and vanilla essence to it again mix them. Now add baking soda to it and again mix them.

  5. 5

    Take half part of it in a bowl add chocolate powder to it and take another half part in another bowl. Now take that aluminum utensil (in which cake is to be baked) pour one big spoon of chocolate better in middle of it, now add one big spoon of vanilla better on it again add a big spoon chocolate better on it repeat the process until these better are finished.

    You will found better with rings on the top of white and brown colour. You can make design on it's top with the help of any pointed utensil.

    Put it in the preheated cooker. Put it on the low flame. Your cake will be ready in 40 mins.
