Measure the flour in a mixing bowl, add sugar, butter, egg, salt, and yeast; using your hands to mix it together, after mixing it, add water gradually to form a dough and knead it. Allow it rest for 10 mins knead it again and mould your buns to your desired sizes.

Put oil on fire and allow it to heat up then put the buns and fry until it's golden brown. (Note over crowd the frying pot.)
