Deep fry the sliced onions.fry cashewnuts and almonds too.keep aside

Heat oil In a pan. Add chopped onions and stir continuously until golden brown.

Crumble the paneer. Add salt and make it soft.make balls by adding 1tbsp cornflour. Deep fry the balls.

Now add fried onions, dry fruits and cherry,lemon juice, sugar and raisins to onions.

Add rice to it and mix well.cook for another 5 minutes on low flame.

Garnish with golden paneer beads and serve hot.
