Ingredients

  1. Vegetable oil
  2. Salt
  3. Plantain
  4. Rice
  5. Meat
  6. Tomatoes
  7. Pepper
  8. seaoning cubes
  9. curry

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel slice and fry plantain in vegetable oil.

  2. 2

    Boil rice for some minutes wash boil again adding salt and boil untill is soft.boil and season meat until is soft.

  3. 3

    Blend fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper boil until the water reduces fry in vegetable oil add salt,curry,meat stock and seasoning cubes let it boil very well and taste for salt.
