4 tbsor 1/4 cup granulated sugar
5 tbsor 1/4 cup + 1tbs butter/ghee
5 tbs+ 1tsp or 1/3 cup all purpose flour
1egg
1/2 tspbaking powder
2 tbsmilk
1/2 tspvanilla assence

Steps

Whisk flour, salt and baking powder togather in a bowl (dry ingredients).

In an other bowl beat butter when changes color add sugar to it and beat.

Add egg then vanilla asence and beat.

After that add milk and mix.

Add slowly slowly dry ingredients to it and gently mix.

Pour in a cup cake mold

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in a preheated oven on level 1 at 3rd wrake. Or

Take a mug put the cup cake paper and pour batter and microwave for 1 minutes only.
