  1. 1 cupMoong dal,
  2. 1/2 cup rice,
  3. 6 cups water
  4. 1 spoon ghee,
  5. 1 spoon jeera,
  6. 5 to 6 curry leaves
  7. 1/2 spoon turmeric powder,
  8. 5 to 6 black pepper corns,
  9. 1 tspsalt,
  10. 2 green chillies
  11. 1/2 cup grated dry coconut

  1. 1

    Roast moong dal in a pan til it's raw smell is removed. Now take a pressure cooker add roasted moon dal and rice. Wash it properly. Add green chillies, salt, turmeric powder and allow it cook.
