Langostines in a spicy tomato sauce

Prep the fish. Wash well. Dry well. Using scissors, cut along the spine from head to tail.

Put in a large bowl. Dust with some flour, mix

Chop garlic and chilli. Fry gently in oil for 2-3 mins. Add Langostines. Stir and cook on medium for 1 min. Add wine and let it evaporate

Add tin of chopped tomatoes. Stir, cover and cook for about 6-8 mins. Shaking during cooking. Add fresh chopped parsley at the end. The sauce should be dense and yummy. Serve with bread :)
