It is very delicious and can be made quickly with the most common ingredients easily available at home.

Coconut burfi is a traditional Indian sweet that is prepared mostly during festivals and special occasions.
It is very delicious and can be made quickly with the most common ingredients easily available at home.
Steps

Take a pan. Put sugar and water to make sugar syrup. Sugar syrup should be of 2 thread consistency.

Add yellow colour, cardomom powder and grated coconut. Mix properly.

Now add milk powder. Mix everything properly.

Cook for 2 minutes or till you get the desired consistency.

Switch off the flame. Add one tbsp ghee to it. Mix quickly.

Prepare a tray by greasing it with rest of the ghee.

Pour the coconut mixture in the tray.

Press it with your hands to make it even from all sides.

Sprinkle chopped almonds and chironji over it.

Let it rest for 1/2 hour. Cut into desired shape.
