Heat oil fry onion light golden and remove

Add ginger garlic past and cook the 5 - 7 minute add meat and nali with grinded green chilies and coriander leaves, salt,chilli powder, chilli flasks,garam masala powder,chopped tomatoes, fry well add yogurt cover and cook till meat tender

And fried onion grinded, cook till mixture thick add, whole green chilies, dried plums,boiled rice with salt and whole spices till 3/4 done drain.ina pan put a layer of rice then meat mixture, chopped coriander leaves and podina top with remaining boilled rice,spread 2tbsp oil or ghee on top,add kewra water, lemon slice,jayfal jawatri elchi powder mixed with color,suger put on dum for 15 minutes.
