Spaghetti squash and ground chicken explosion bowl

After a while take the juices and drain it to the pasta to give it more flavor.

After about 45 minutes to 60 Minutes of baking. At 350 degrees, take out and let it cool it'll hurt your hands I found out the hard way if you do it right out of the oven

Scrape the side of the spaghetti squash into a bowl like shape if put into a separate Bowl

Mix the sauce in the noodles and the ground chicken with all kinds of seasoning goodness and 2 back into the bowl
