Steps

Add salt, pepper powder,Turmeric powder to fish

Keep a pan add two spoon oil and slightly fry the fish for five minutes and keep it aside

Deseeded the redchilli and grind it to a smooth paste

Keep a pan add oil and add grinded red chilli paste and saute for five minutes.

Now add shallots and garlic and tomato and saute for few minutes

Add needed salt and add tamarind water and let it cook for ten minutes

Lastly add the slightly fried fish and cook for five to eight minutes.then switch off the stove.

Add few coriander leaves and serve.
