Add 8 oz of water, the milk avocado, and pear to the blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until smooth. Turn off the blender and check consistency. Add water as needed. Serve immediately, in a chilled glass if possible.

This smoothie does not refrigerate well (avocado oxidizes) Avocado can be frozen if peeled and cut into chunks.
