1. Cook rise with 1/2 tbsp of oil and pinch of salt. Cool this in wide plate. Keep aside.
2. Dry roast 1 tbsp grated coconut with 10 peanut.make this into powder and keep it..

3. Heat remaining oil in kadai add mustard, cumin. Once mustard starts crackle add channa dal. once channa dal roasted add curry leaves and chilli.
4. Add onion and garlic. Saute until onion change to light brown in colour. Add tomato and saute for a bit.

5. Now its time to add drumstick leaves. Saute nicely add turmeric, hing and sambar powder.
6. Add rice and salt. Remind already we added bit of salt in rice so be careful when you add salt.

7. When ready to switch off the flame add peanut coconut powder. Mix and serve hot with papad or dal vadai.
