Cooking Instructions

Take 250 grams of chicken breast piece or portions from the thigh and cut into strips. Wash it well and add 1 tablespoon corn flour to it and mix well.
Add half cup olive oil to a nonstick pan add add the chicken pieces. Add 2 teaspoons of ginger garlic paste and mix well. Cook for sometime (5 minutes) covered in low flame. Add 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce and mix well. Add chopped spring onions and cook for 5 minutes or till the chicken gets tender. - 2
If you don’t have hoisin sauce make your own like I have prepared and the recipe of hoisin sauce has been taken from BBC foods website. Only instead of rice wine vinegar I have used regular store available vinegar.

a) 4 tablespoons soy
b) 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
c) 1 tablespoon brown sugar
the) 2 teaspoons vinegar
e) 1 finely chopped garlic clove
f) 2 teaspoon sesame seed oil
g) half teaspoon black pepper powder
