Ingredients: 1 thingy sliced red onion; 4 tbs red wine vinigar; 2 cups cooked white beans; 1-6.5 oz can water packed tuna and drained. Preference albacore tuna; 2 Campari tomatoes diced; 1 garlic clove, minced or 1 tbs of power garlic; 1 lemon squeeze juice; 4 tbs chopped fresh basil; 1 tbs chopped fresh cilantro; 2 tbs olive oil; 1 tbs capers, rinsed salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients

1thingy sliced red onion
4 tbsred wine vinigar
2 cupscooked white beans
1-6.5 ozcan water packed tuna and drained. Preference albacore tuna
2Campari tomatoes diced
1garlic clove, minced or 1 tbs of power garlic
1lemon squeeze juice
4 tbschopped fresh basil
1 tbschopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsolive oil
1 tbscapers, rinsed salt and pepper to taste

Steps

Put onion in container, add 4 tablespoons of the vinegar and and lemon and squeeze with salt and pepper. Let them soak for 30 mins.

Add the rest of ingredients, mix them and chill for 60 minutes
