Ingredients

  1. Flour 8cups (1 mudu)
  2. 250 gmButter/margarine
  3. Sugar
  4. Yeast
  5. 2Egg
  6. Salt
  7. Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl sieve flour to remove particles.

  2. 2

    Add d butter to the flour and mix well using your hand, until the butter merge with the flour well.

    Break the eggs into the flour /butter mixture and turn together using hand still

  4. 4

    Add the sugar as you desire with little salt, turn with the flour mixture together

  5. 5

    Add the yeast with warm water (as require for smooth dough)

    Mix well until a little sticky dough is formed, cover and allow for 25min

  7. 7

    On a smooth surface/board sprinkle flour and cut out of the dough and roll (not to flat pls)

    Using doughnut cutter cut out the shape or round shape cup using bottke cover to do the small shape at d middle, continue until all d dough is finish

  9. 9

    In an already preheated oil but the dough and fry until a bit brown.

    Allow to cool and serve with chilled drink or tea. Hmmm 😋soft
