Ingredients

  1. 4potatoes boiled
  2. 2 cupswheat flour
  3. 1 cupcorn kernels
  4. 1green chilli light seeds removed
  5. 1/2 cupCoriander chopped
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tspcummin
  8. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsp aamchur
  10. as neededOil to shallow fry

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Make mash of boiled potatoes add corn,corriandersalt,and all spices.Knead flour with some salt make portions. Do the filling in each portion,close roll and put on hot griddle

    Shallow fry browning both sides well,use ghee or oil to roast.

  3. 3

    Cut out serve or pack up to carry.
