First cut and wash spinach in a cleaned bowl then start boiling it for few minutes around 5 minutes.

Then remove and rinse again with cold water.then make puree...

Then in a pan cook rice first put oil rice then water and salt half cook rice being ready..

Then again in a pan add oil,jeera,onion saute it for some time then add tomato puree mix well and cook till oil comes out add turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder & salt & mix well

Then add spinach puree and cook for a minute add cottage cheese then add half cooked rice...Mix well
