In a big bowl, add all the dry ingredients excluding the butter and give it a quick mix

In another bowl, add warm water and break in the eggs and whisk

Pour the egg and water mixture to the dry ingredients and knead then add butter and knead again

Transfer the dough to a clean surface and knead for about 15 minute or there about

Mould and arrange in a floured tray and allow to rise for 20-30 minutes in a warm place

Heat oil in a pan and take your dough by inserting your finger at the middle to make a hole
- 7
Fry on medium to low heat till you achieve your desired brownness
- 8
Serve hot or cool
