Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cuparhar dal (tuar)
  2. 1 cupturai cut in pieces
  3. 1medium onion chopped
  4. 2green chilli chopped
  5. 2tomatoes chopped
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/3 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tspcoriander powder
  10. 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  11. 1 pinchhing
  12. 1 tbspoil
  13. 1/2 tsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add oil.add cumin seeds and crackle it.add hing.now add chopped onions and saute until golden.

    Add green chilli chopped and chopped tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes get soft. Add all the spices. Cook for a while.

    Now add dal and turai.mix and cook on high flame for 5 minutes. Add 2cup of water. Cook till 3-4 whistle.

    Open the lid sfter pressure release. Transfer in serving dish add 1/2tsp lemon juice and garnish with fried green chilli.
